1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "naga8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the naga8 platform and the operating entity that owns and manages naga8.io.
• "Platform" means the naga8 website accessible at naga8.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the naga8 Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services available through the naga8 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or enhanced odds awarded to a Player by naga8 under specific promotional conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to Player accounts.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the naga8 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and naga8 with respect to your use of the Platform and Services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and naga8.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the naga8 Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The naga8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. naga8 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs active age-verification checks during registration and at the point of withdrawal.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the naga8 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. naga8 targets the Bangladesh market and provides Services to Bangladeshi players. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law must not access or use the Platform.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on the naga8 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees of naga8, its subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners, software providers, and immediate family members of such employees are not permitted to register Accounts or participate in any games or promotions offered on the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of naga8 Services, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

naga8 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain promotional offers. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 90 days) as proof of address
• Photograph of yourself holding your identity document (selfie verification)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in that withdrawal being suspended until verification is complete. naga8 does not charge any fee for the KYC verification process.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your Account promptly or notify naga8 support. naga8 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a Player.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. naga8 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify naga8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

naga8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from naga8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

naga8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfer services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). naga8 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6.2 Deposits

Deposits via supported mobile banking services are typically credited to your naga8 Wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large deposits. naga8 reserves the right to request documentation for any deposit it deems unusual.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your Account, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. naga8 targets an average processing time of 15 minutes for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals of winnings derived entirely from Bonus funds may only be requested after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus-derived funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus balance.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

naga8 operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All Players are subject to transaction monitoring. naga8 reserves the right to freeze an Account and hold any balance pending investigation if it suspects that an Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. naga8 will cooperate fully with any lawful request from relevant authorities in connection with such investigations.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on the naga8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Amounts displayed on the Platform use Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3). naga8 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

naga8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games lists, and expiry dates.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on a specific promotion, the default Wagering Requirement for any Bonus is 30x the Bonus amount. This means that the Bonus must be staked thirty times before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified on the promotion page, after which any unused Bonus and associated winnings will expire.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

naga8 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse. Examples of Bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome Bonus more than once; using a Bonus in a manner designed to exploit its terms rather than for genuine entertainment; making low-risk bets on multiple outcomes of the same event to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal financial risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" using naga8 Bonus funds).

naga8 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any Account, where Bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.

7.4 Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, including Eid promotions, Pohela Boishakh specials, BPL cricket enhanced odds, and Victory Day and Independence Day bonuses, are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. naga8 accepts no liability for the withdrawal of a promotion that a Player anticipated but did not yet receive.

8 Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the naga8 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by naga8 or any third party.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including cricket betting covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. In the event of ambiguity, naga8's trading team will make a final decision on settlement, which shall be binding on all Players. naga8 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure mid-game, naga8's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the recorded state where technically feasible. Where resumption is not possible, the bet will be settled based on the game state at the point of the last confirmed server record. naga8 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

8.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, naga8 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of the malfunction and to refund the stake amounts to the affected Players' Wallets. Payouts made as a result of a malfunction are not valid and may be recouped by naga8.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the naga8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to exploit game mechanics or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to extract value from naga8 beyond what a legitimate bet or game result would yield.
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or fraudulent dispute claims against legitimate transactions.
• Attempting to access other Players' Accounts, the Platform's administrative systems, or any data not intended for your access.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing naga8 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access your Account on your behalf or acting as a proxy for another person's gaming activity.

10 Responsible Gaming

naga8 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your Account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the naga8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, software code, and database compilations, is the intellectual property of naga8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the naga8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of naga8.

The naga8 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of naga8. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naga8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

naga8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your naga8 Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

naga8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. naga8 accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party software failures, or events of force majeure.

12.1 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. naga8 does not guarantee that you will win any particular game or achieve any particular return on your deposits. By using the naga8 Platform, you accept full personal responsibility for any financial losses incurred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

naga8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, naga8 will notify registered Players by email to the address registered on their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the naga8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the change.

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your naga8 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, naga8 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from Bonus funds where Wagering Requirements have not been met will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Closure by naga8

naga8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account holder has provided false or misleading information; naga8 is required to do so by applicable law or a directive from a relevant authority; or naga8 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

Where an Account is closed by naga8 due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles consistent with the laws applicable to online gaming services accessed from Bangladesh.

15.1 Complaints Procedure
